Some of the most unforgettable moments of growing up in Cincinnati began with a climb up the ladder—sun on your back, heart racing—followed by the rush of flying down the Silver Bullet waterslide. It wasn’t just a ride. It was an adventure, a summer staple, and a thread in the fabric of countless Cincinnati childhoods.
When news broke of Coney Island’s closure in 2023 and the uncertain fate of the Silver Bullet, I knew I had to step in. With a lifelong love for amusement parks and a passion for preserving what makes this city special, I couldn’t let this piece of history fade away. So, I acquired the iconic Silver Bullet, originally built in 1945.
That moment became the spark behind Slide Into Cincy.
This isn’t just a real estate brand. It’s a movement rooted in nostalgia, legacy, and the belief that our past should play a role in shaping our future. Every home I help buy or sell supports the mission to give the Silver Bullet a new life—right here in the community that loved it first.
Today, I’m in early conversations about where the slide will live next. And while the details are still coming together, one thing is certain: this isn’t about looking back—it’s about building forward.
Because just like buying a home, this is about creating memories. Preserving stories. And sliding into the next great chapter—together.
